The candidate is expected to independently design, execute, and analyze experiments to advance the development of our magnetic bead-enabled nucleic acid extraction chemistry, PCR assay design, and overall cartridge functionality.

We are seeking full-time Research Technicians or R&D Interns for on-site roles located in Baltimore, MD, at Prompt Diagnostics. The Research Technician or Intern will be responsible for performing various laboratory procedures including nucleic acid extraction, bacterial culture, lyophilization and qPCR on a timely basis. They will also be responsible for documentation and monitoring of lab equipment and reagents.
